K.E.Rolfe opened our new Funeral Directors premises at the beginning of the year, and we were in need of a website to enable clients to view our services. As Independent Family Funeral Directors, we are used to dealing with clients in the depth of their bereavement meaning professionalism and patience are key; so we wanted to find a Company that took a similar approach with Web Design and support services. We ended up commissioning a Web Design agency based in Whittlesey called Signpost Media, who have worked with family owned Businesses like ours across the region. The brief for Signpost Media to build our new website was simple - we needed a platform to display our funeral services in March in a simple yet effective way, to enable our potential clients to see the type of funeral service we provide. We also needed to advise people of the external partners we work with, as well as the background of our Funeral Director Kerry Rolfe, who has a wealth of experience in all aspects of funeral arranging and preparation.
Signpost Media followed the brief beautifully, communicating effectively when it came to adding new images, logos, text and links, as well as ensuring our brand colours were reflected throughout the website.
